Villa Fleurie has a garden of about 0,45 acres with a large concrete grill, various terraces, a kitchen balcony with a view of Trans and lots of different flowers and trees, such as acacias, sycamores, fig, apricot and cherry trees.
An automatic irrigation system keeps the garden eternally green and lush.
At the west side of the house there is a large and inviting pool area. The pool is 8x4 meters; the depth goes from 1 to 2 meters.

The living room has a long table where up to 10 people may be seated, a sitting area with a sofa and armchairs, and a TV with several French, Norwegian and international channels. Exit to the terrace, which is furnished with a dining table where 8-10 people may be seated.

The house has a bright and modern kitchen with an American refrigerator (with an ice cube dispenser), a dishwasher, a four-burner stove (gas/electricity) and a baking-oven. Exit to small balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped in terms of pots, pans, casseroles, cups, plates, silverware, and manual kitchen appliances.

The house has three bedrooms, each with room for two people to sleep in. The rooms have ample closet space. One room exits to the garden.
In addition, there are three extra beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The house has a total of 10 places for sleeping and is suitable for one or two families.

VillaFleurie has a large and modern bathroom with two washbasins, a shower, a toilet, and a bidet. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor, and there is a shower and a toilet in the basement of the house.
